AWESOME!!!!! When you said "Crowdtap" it reminded me to haul ass over there and cash out. I managed to snag a $10. That brings my grand total in my Amazon account upto $50. I'm still debating whether to cash out my SB for more Amazon cards, or hold out for cash. I'm going to spend some of my Amazon money on a set of books Mom wants for Mother's Day, and I also want the last two seasons of Frasier.

I try to cash out for pay pal as often as possible but with crowdtap it'll be amazon and hopefully I'll get enough one of these fays to get my husband the complete series of smallville

That would be nice. I'm trying to find some of his favourite shows on DVD to get him. For now he's super happy that I managed to adjust the budget, so he can go to Comicon. :)

The series of books I wanted for Mom, turns out there's a 4th one that hasn't been released yet. I'm going to give it a few more months. She's into the Christian fiction of Beverley Lewis, who writes mostly about Amish women. This is particularly interesting to us, since my step-dad was born and raised old order Mennonite (a bit more modern than the Amish, but not by much!!). He's a thoroughly modern Presbyterian now, but still has a lot of Mennonite roots. I buy the books, read them myself, and then give them to her. :) I like to try and get entire sets at once (Bev tends to write mini-serieses in 3-5 books). It's cheaper to get 'em by the box set instead of one by one.

the station that Walker and I usually watch Frasier on, just got discontinued up here, so now I REEEEEEALLY want those last two seasons! Been collecting it since 2004.

I think I've heard of Beverly Lewis but not read any of them. I know also how it feels to really want a series of something and you can't get them yet. I've been there a lot lately lol

I have had to tell my mother ot just ignore the new realeases, and I'll keep my eyes open for them, and surprise her with the whole series. it's so much cheaper that way, and I almost ALWAYS have gift cards for something. Fortunately Mom doesn't have the internet, so it's a little easier for her not to notice a new release. hahaha She thinnks it's amusing that if I am going to blow my hard-earned gift cards on my wonderful mother, I'm going to get the best possible value. haha of course! They're free, I get the whole series, and I read 'em myself first, before giving them to her. That's value x 3, eh? :)

Wow, you surely do a lot of different programs! I've cut way, way down.......trying to limit my computer time but still do some "fast" earning programs.......about the only one I cashed out for lately is Swagbucks........at just under $100.....went for half in Paypal and the other half Amazon.com GCs......finally got them so was happy about that.

I do some months and some I don't do well at all like February. But yeah I do a lot of programs but I have the time to do so because I do all of them when my husband goes to work at night and we have no kids so it's the perfect time

That's great....sounds like it works out well for you! I sure know that feeling.......prior to hubby retiring, he had been a union trucker for 33 years.......most of the time he worked nights/graveyard shift.......the last shift he worked was four nights......from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. (or even later)......he loved it, as he was on the road the entire time, no one "breathing down his neck." Then, when he was home, he slept the biggest part of the time, so it worked out really great........but, this "retirement" thing.........after almost 2 years, I'm STILL trying to get used to it.....there are times I get very tempted to get a part-time job!!!!!

We discussed me getting a job but decided it would cut into what little time we do have. He works from 6pm to 6am helping make mufflers for Toyota. I can't seem to get used to the hours
