I didn't get back on yesterday again like I thought but I did get some work done around the house, dishes, bedding washed, and put on the bed, lots of clothes folded, but there is still a pile back there just not as big. Went up to bed a bit early. Dennis made dinner for us. I had made Banana pudding earlier yesterday, but he forgot and made us cook chocolate pudding instead. The kids had banana pudding tonight.
I was able to get to the Dr.'s today. As you all know I take the kids but don't get there myself like I should. One problem is that I have a meniscus tear in my right knee, an infection in the finger I hit over the weekend, and he can't diagnose me for certain until the blood results come back but he is pretty sure I have Fibromyalgia. After the test results come back I will be going to a sleep lab to check on some other things as well. Thankfully we have two near by so we don't have to travel to far. I will keep you updated on how things progress. I do want to thank all of my gather friends who from my posts thought I might have this, many of you messaged me, maybe finally they can diagnose me with what I have been dealing with for so many years now.
Also if anyone has Fibromyalgia please fill me in on what you take if anything and how well it has worked for you. You can always inbox me with the information if you do not want to share in the open. Thank you in advance for any help you can give me.
Ok now it is time for me to call it a day, morning come early. Have a great night everyone.

...Just finding out what the f it is and not knowing what the f it is, is a bigger pain in the rump than not knowing.
Not knowing may frustrate the docs as well, and, in my case, they do not know what tests to run next.
get well soon.
Diagnosing fibro is a matter of ruling out other possibilities. If other possibilities have been ruled out and you have the tender points, you'll have your diagnosis.
Diet and exercise, not smoking or being around smoke, limiting stress and exercising are the most effective ways of addressing fibro. I would say that you should also avoid chemical cleaners and only use natural, homemade "green" cleaners. If you keep your lifestyle "clean" enough, you should be fairly good. Yes, you will likely still have flare-ups. However, you will definitely notice the difference between when you leading a "good" life and when you are doing less healthy things.
