Thanks for the link. I've heard about making your own laundry soap but it seemed to require so many ingredients and so much time that it wasn't really worth it.

That sounds awesome! I got a big bag of those (laundry) soap nuts and gave it to my dad for Xmas, and I used them the other day and they worked great. I was doing a search on Amazon for cedar or cedarwood oil shampoo and found this brand called Grandma Agafia's Recipes -- apparently from Siberia? It sounds intriguing so I will have to try it, along with this. Thanks for sharing it!
